A former legal advisor and lawyer with the Paris Bar since 1978, he works with major international companies transversally on corporate law, labour law and tax law issues. After being the resident partner in Paris of the American law firm CAHILL GORDON & REINDEL (1981–2000), he became a partner with LUSSAN in 2000. He graduated from the Institut de droit des affaires (1971) and has an LL.M from Cornell University (1972) as well as a certificate of specialization awarded by the Ecole de Formation du Barreau in Corporate Law and Tax Law.
