Xavier AUTAIN was called to the Paris Bar in 1993.

Former secretary of La Conférence du Stage ( Paris Bar speech contest), he worked for the law firm of Olivier METZNER before founding his own practice in 1997.

With Frédérique CASSEREAU, he founded ROSSINI in 2004, joined by Paul-Henri JOB in 2006. Together they joined LUSSAN in 2011.

Xavier AUTAIN was a member of the Paris Bar Association from January 2014 to December 2016.

In 2015 and 2016, he led the Paris Bar’s Public Affairs Committee and was responsible for the Ethics Committee on Incompatibilities and Conflicts of Interest in 2015.

Elected to the Conseil National des Barreaux Collège Ordinal in December 2017 (2018–2020 term), he was elected president of the CNB Communications Committee.
