Tourism Law

Our
department

Today, tourism operators have to deal with very specific and complex regulations that combine tourism law, consumer law, civil law, commercial law, without forgetting the dimension relating to personal data and compliance with the GDPR. All of this in an uncertain health context implying a flexibility currently not foreseen by the applicable texts.

Our department is composed of experts in tourism law who know how to respond to the needs of professionals in the sector, whether they are established abroad or in France, and whatever their issues may be: regulatory, commercial or contentious, whether in their relations with the administration (Atout France), between professionals (BtoB) or with consumers (BtoC).

We work with best friends lawyers from all over the world who have a strong expertise in tourism law.
